Here is a sample leg day workout! I don’t do this workout regularly, but every so often it’s good to go all out and really push your endurance levels. I did the squats with weights. The first 4 sets were heavy, and then for the rest of the sets I just took 20lbs off. This was a fun workout that can be done at home or at the gym. I did mine at home, and i am definitely feeling the pain now! Good Luck!!
