So these few months that I have had off from competing have been a bit tough for me. On the one hand I wanted to eat everything in sight and on the other hand I was trying to maintain a clean diet so that I didnt gain fat just muscle weight… It was tough! Especially with the holiday season and everyone throwing all these delicious sweets in my face! But I overcame it… I think I cam out on top! Lost my abs.. that was inevitable, but I gained glute and leg muscle which is what I was really aiming to do!! I have noticed such growth in my legs these past 2 months and I am so excited for this new competition season to begin!
Andrea Brazier is my fitness motivation for this year!! I want shredded abs like hers!! Working for it!!
So what am I working now??? Well definetly in full comp prep now! I was so lucky to be invited to the Arnold Classic in March by Cellucor!!! So that’s the first thing on my list! I am so excited to meet so many new people and so many of my IG friends will be there too! It’s going to be such a great time and a great opportunity! I am truly blessed and thankful to be a part of such a great company like Cellucor!
So after the Arnold, I will be competing in my first competition, the Phil Heath Classic on March 16th in Houston! Very excited about this competition. I just ordered my suit from Ravishsands and CANNOT wait to try it on!!! I will be competing in the bikini division, and depending on how that goes, I think I may venture out and do both bikini and figure in the Shredder Classic in April…? We will see!
I really love fitness and being able to see what my body can do with diet and exercise. I have also really grown to love running. So this year, so far I have planned to run in the Capital 10K and also the Tough Mudder in April!! As you can see, I have a busy few months ahead of me!! On top of it all, I have a ski trip to Keystone planned in 2 weeks, and I need to maintain my diet and workout routine while I’m there… No slacking allowed hehe
Anyway, Current goals right now:
-Get that shredded six pack!!!
-Keep that bootay growing!
-Be a pull up Queen!! I love pull ups, and I want to get to the point that I can do a ton with weights in between my legs!
-Place top 3 in bikini
It is so important to enjoy yourself and have fun with your life and that is all I am trying to accomplish!
