Really Good article on Post workout meals!  A lot of people don’t know not to eat fats after a workout…  I see so many people sticking a tbsp or two of PB in their post workout smoothies, but what you are actually doing is slowing down the muscle growth process.  Eat your healthy fats at night time!  Read this article!
