First Post!

Thanks everyone for checking out my blog!!!  Today, I am just going to share what I hope to accomplish with my blog…

I LOVE fitness and keeping and maintain a happy healthy lifestyle!  With this blog, i hope to show others how to do the same thing! When I first started my journey, I was completely overwhlemed with all the information out there and had no idea how to even start!  Blogs like muffin top-less helped with my journey!  I hope to one day be an inspiration to all of you and motivate you to be the best you can be!  I will try to post recipes, workout tips, and  maybe even some videos!  This blogging thing is new to me so please bare with me as I improve through it all!  Oh and feel free to ask any questions!  I do get a lot of emails so will try to answer what I can.  I will also be offering personalized meal and workout plans!!! YAY! I have had a lot of requests for that and frankly, fitness is my new career and is how I will be paying my bills, so please keep that in my mind when asking questions.  Thanks so much to everyone for reading!!!!  EAT.
